We are humans not robots and we make mistakes... all the time. During the year if a piece of jewelry is not up to our high standards, but it's still beautiful and the flaw is minuscule, we will add it to our "Seconds Quality" collection.  

All sales are final. Sales items are not available for viewing or shopping in our Denver showroom, but Seconds Sale purchases can be picked up in person.
