Fine jewelry is a beautiful investment. For representing your love, or celebrating an accomplishment, we know how important these pieces are to you. We will be there for you when you need us to make a ring fit better or help you through a repair process. Please read this page in its entirety, then download the form and ship your special piece to our jewelry studio. Resize can takeĀ 2-3 weeks. Repairs can take 2-4 weeks.
Ring resize
Resize within one year of purchase direct from our website is free of charge. Resized jewelry is considered final sale. Resizing for rings bought from a retailer is $50 per ring. Shipping is the client's responsibility both ways. It's important to resize a ring as few times as necessary. For a ring twisting around your finger, consider a temporary rubber sizer likeĀ THIS. For large knuckles, consider adding sizing beads instead of resizing the ring. Resizing the ring adds a solder point which can weaken the ring. Whenever possible, be certain of your ring size when ordering.
All fine jewelry should be removed within active situations, like working out or swimming. Remove fine jewelry when exposed to sanitizers, cleaning chemicals, lotions or oils. Never wear gold jewelry in a hot tub as chlorine can erode gold.
Ring repair
Rings are tiny sculptures we wear on our hands. Our hands are our hardest working tool and come in contact with so much throughout the day. It's important to care for your fine jewelry and remove it whenever possible. Consider a ring cleaning annually to inspect prongs and melee stones. More information on our CARE page.
If a ring breaks or needs repair, it will be reviewed by our team and priced accordingly. Client is responsible for shipping to and from our studio.

Melee repair
Melee are small accent stones like diamonds and sapphires under 3mm. We will replace all missing melee with no charge from 1 year from the purchase date, considering this a craftsmanship defect. Melee are held in place with tension. It is most common for stones to go missing sooner than later if the tension is incorrect. After one year, missing melee stones will be considered normal wear and tear and will be replaced for a small fee.
Have your pavƩ accent stones inspected every year to ensure their security.
Depending on the size and style of the stone, costs range from $30-$80. Shipping to and from the studio is the client's responsibility for all melee repair after one year of purchase.Ā
Inlay stone repair
Our special inlay jewelry features American-minded rocks. They are very strong but are still in need of care as they are not as hard as diamonds or sapphires. Inlay stones can discolor with exposure to chemicals and oils. If a stone repair is needed, we will grind it out and replace it for you. You can choose a new stone or request as close a match as is possible within the limits of natural materials. Client is responsible for shipping to and from the studio.
Remove all inlay jewelry when cleaning or, swimming, showering or when exposure to chemicals or oils is likely.
Inlay tone replacement costs $60-$300 depending on the style.
Necklace repair
These are miraculous pieces of Italian craftsmanship but they are not indestructible. Chains can be repaired with a laser welder at your local jewelry repair shop. We do not repair chains, but replace within 60-day timeframe, because we know how frustrating it can be to buy something twice. After 60 days, a new chain can be purchased HERE or you can choose to have your chain repaired local to where you live. These repairs are often just a fine solution, but to ensure the safety of the pendant, we will only replace it with a new chain. The chains we feature with our pendants have been chosen for their beauty, and strength. We have sold 1000s of chains and are confident in our choice. We are always quick to change things with repeated repair issues. These chain breaks are frustrating, we understand, and we are happy to provide a 40% discount on the cost of the replacement chain with proofĀ of original purchase and the return of the broken chain.Ā

Earring repair
If you lost an earring or need an earring repaired, we want to work from the remaining earring to ensure a perfect new match. You will need to ship the piece to us so we can create a perfect match. We know it hurts to buy the same thing twice, so replacement earrings will cost just 40% of the original price you paid if you have a receipt of purchase. We can also modify solo earrings into necklaces or rework the stones into a new YITM style if possible.

Bracelet repair
Our Helena cuff bracelets can not be repaired and hold their integrity, so it's important not to overstretch or bend the bracelet when putting it on.
Broken bracelets will be replaced free of charge, plus shipping in exchange for the broken bracelet.
