We are here to help! Please email us with the details of the repair and include images at hello@younginthemountains.com. Please include your order number if possible and put REPAIR as the subject line.Â
Repairs due to craftsmanship will be complimentary. It us up to us to determine if its a craftsmanship issue or average use and wear on the ring. No matter what happened, we can fix almost everything. You will be liable for shipping both ways for any repairs deemed "wear and tear." For craftsmanship issues, we will create a complimentary label for you to ship the item back to us.Â
For inlay cracks or breaks, we will grind out and re-inlay the piece with a new stone. Similar to what you had, or you can pick a new variety. Â
For ring breaks, this often occurs at the sight of a resize. Any solder seam is a weaker part of the gold. This can be repaired easily.Â
Missing melee diamonds can be replaced. Depending on the issue, there could be a charge and a rebuild fee.Â
For returns, please put RETURN in the subject line. Returns are available minus shipping within 14 days. Our holiday return policy is extended on items bought in December , though January 15th.Â
Sale items, resized items, custom orders are all final sale.Â
We do not buy back YITM jewelry in any scenario. The best place to resell your YITM is on resale marketplaces like Posh Mark and the Real Real. We are happy to help you with descriptions or a polish before you list your jewelry. If we have the original images we can provide you with those as well.Â
