Part-Time Fulfillment Assistant

Young In The Mountains is hiring a part-time Fulfillment & Client Care Assistant to help with packaging orders, quality control, and client communication.

Location: Boulder, CO / in-studio
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Pay: $ 20-23 per hour
Application deadline: until fulfilled. 

Responsibilities

  • Package jewelry orders with care and attention to detail
  • Check orders for accuracy and quality before shipping
  • Prepare shipping supplies, jewelry boxes, and client materials
  • Communicate with clients by email and text through company channels
  • Help keep the fulfillment area organized and efficient
  • Support the team with shipping details and client follow-up

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Clear and kind written communication
  • Comfortable using email, text, spreadsheets, and order systems
  • Able to handle fine jewelry and small items carefully
  • Fulfillment, Shopify experience, retail, customer service, or jewelry experience is helpful but not required.

Part-Time Apprentice Bench Jeweler

Young In The Mountains is hiring a part-time Apprentice Bench Jeweler to support our studio with hands-on jewelry production, finishing, repairs, and quality control.

Location: Boulder, CO / in-studio
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Pay: $ 20-24 per hour
Application deadline: until fulfilled

Responsibilities

  • Assist with jewelry production, finishing, polishing, and basic bench work
  • Help prepare pieces for setting, assembly, repair, and final inspection
  • Support quality-control checks before pieces move to clients or shipping
  • Keep tools, materials, stones, and the bench area clean and organized
  • Follow studio procedures for safety, accuracy, and careful handling of fine jewelry
  • Learn and practice new techniques under the guidance of the studio team

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, patient, and careful with small objects
  • Interested in fine jewelry, metalsmithing, stone setting, or production work
  • Comfortable following directions and receiving feedback
  • Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
  • Prior jewelry, metalsmithing, polishing, or studio experience required
