For opening orders, prepayment via PayPal, credit card (Visa/MC/Disc/AmEx) is required at the time of order. Production begins upon clearing of funds. We have a $300 minimum opening order and a $100 minimum reorder. As each piece is made by hand to order, there will be 3 week maximum production lag on jewelry and 4 weeks on ceramics. Most orders will be created and shipped within 3 weeks after payment is accepted. If there is an extended delay expected on the creation or shipping of your order, you will be notified within that time frame.
All jewelry orders are shipped via USPS Priority and postage will be calculated based upon the lowest flat rate shipping box to fit the order.
FOR ORDERS CONTAINING JEWELRY AND CERAMICS, I WILL USE FEDEX PACK AND SHIP. BUYER WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY FOR SHIPPING/PACKAGING ONCE ORDER IS SHIPPED. FEDEX INSURES ALL THEIR IN HOUSE PACKAGED ITEMS. DUE TO THE BREAKABLE NATURE OF CERAMICS, I THINK ITS BEST TO TRUST THE PROFESSIONALS TO INSURE A SAFE AND QUICK SHIPMENT. Buyer pays shipping. When placing an international order, you agree that YOUNG IN THE MOUNTAINS is not responsible for any duties or additional charges that may be due upon delivery. You also agree not to hold YOUNG IN THE MOUNTAINS responsible for any mishandling by postal services. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the updated status of your order as well as tracking information.
Orders must be pre-paid. We do not ship COD or sell on consignment.
